of LABUAN LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS AND LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS ACT 2010
Section 20
An additional limited partner or general partner shall not be admitted to a Labuan limited partnership except—
(a)
in accordance with the partnership agreement or by consent of all existing partners; and
(b)
by entry in the register under subsection 9(5).
