Section 37
(1)
On receiving the statement from the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company under section 36, the Authority may, subject to the provisions of this Act, register the statement and issue a certificate of registration in such form as the Authority may determine stating that the Labuan limited liability partnership is, on and from the date specified in the certificate, registered under this Act.
(2)
Nothing in this section shall be construed as to require the
Authority to register a Labuan limited liability partnership if it is not satisfied with the particulars or other information furnished under the provisions of this Act.
