a statement that it was, as from the date of registration, converted from a Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company, as the case may be, to a Labuan limited liability partnership; and

the name and registration number, if applicable, of the

Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company from which it was converted.

Any Labuan limited liability partnership which contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.
