Section 86
(1)
The rules of equity and of common law applicable to partnerships—
(a)
shall continue to be applicable to a Labuan limited partnership, except in so far as they are inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act; and
(b)
shall not apply to a Labuan limited liability partnership.
(2)
The provisions of the Partnership Act 1961 [Act 135] shall not be applicable to a Labuan limited partnership and Labuan limited liability partnership established or registered under this
Act.
