Section 89
(1)
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, make regulations prescribing all matters and things required or authorized by this Act to be prescribed or provided, or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed or provided, for the carrying out of, or giving full effect to, the provisions of this
Act.
(2)
The regulations made under this Act may provide for any act or omission in contravention of the regulations to be an offence and may provide for penalties of a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
