(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “appropriate authority” the words “Director General”;
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words
“The Board shall prescribe” the words “The Director General may determine”; and
(c)
in subsection (3)—
(i)
in the national language text, by substituting for the word “penggerenti” the word “penjamin”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the word “Board” the words
“Director General”.
