“Delegation of power
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 67
the following section:
“Power to issue directive 67a. (1) The appropriate authority may issue any directive in writing as may be expedient or necessary for the purpose of ensuring the compliance with this Act.
(2)
Any licensee or permit holder shall comply with the directive in writing issued under subsection (1).”.
