of *FISHERMEN'S ASSOCIATIONS ACT 1971

Section 11A

Any register or list of members kept by any Area Fishermen’s

Association shall be prima facie evidence of the name, address, identity card number, membership number, and occupation of a member and of the dates he became and ceased to be a member.
