Section 9
(1)
The Minister may appoint in respect of every Region and
State, a Fishermen’s Associations Supervising Officer.
(2)
An appointment made under subsection (1) shall be for such period or on such conditions as the Minister may determine.
(3)
A person appointed under this section shall be under the general directions of the Registrar.
