Section 15
(1)
Any Area Fishermen’s Association may give notice in accordance with the rules of such association of intention to hold a special general meeting of such association at which a special resolution for the confederation with the other Area Fishermen’s
Associations will be proposed.
(2)
At the meeting of each Area Fishermen’s Association aforesaid a special resolution shall be proposed for the confederation and that an application shall be made to the Registrar for the purpose.
