Section 27
(1)
The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying into effect any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1)
regulations made under this section may provide for any of the following matters:
(a)
the formation, establishment, management and supervision of Fishermen’s Associations and the election and dismissal of officers of such associations;
(b)
the auditing and accounting system of Fishermen’s
Associations; and

(c)
the operation of supervised form of credit programme and the organization and function of members’ credit standing committee of Fishermen’s Associations.
