(2)

Any person who obstructs or impedes any authorized person, police officer or customs officer in the lawful exercise of any of his powers under this section shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
