Section 37

Any person or authority on whom or to which is conferred powers under this Act, may subject to such conditions and restrictions as such person or authority may think fit to impose, delegate such of his or its powers except the powers under sections 4, 19, subsection 21(1), sections 44 and 45, to any other person or authority as such person or authority first above mentioned, may consider fit and proper.
