Section 14
(1)
Where representation has been granted to more than one executor or administrator, and one of them dies, the representation of the estate shall accrue to the surviving executors or, except in cases to which section 4 applies, administrator or administrators.
(2)
On the death of an executor or administrator, administration may be granted in respect of any estate not fully administered, and in granting administration in any such case the Court shall be guided by the same rules as apply to original grants.
