Section 20
(1)
No representation shall be granted to a person while he is a minor; but where a minor would, but for his minority, be entitled to representation, letters of administration with or without the will annexed may, subject to section 4, be granted to the guardian of the person and property of the minor, or to such person as the Court thinks fit, limited until the minor shall obtain a grant himself.
(2)
Where there are two or more minor executors or persons so entitled, any grant made under subsection (1) shall be limited until one or other of them shall obtain a grant.
