Establishment of Bar Council

Section 47
(2)
The Bar Council shall consist of the following:
(a)
the immediate past President and Vice-President of the
Malaysian Bar;
(b)
the chairman of each State Bar Committee and the members elected to represent each State Bar Committee pursuant to subsection 70(7);
(c)
members elected pursuant to section 50.
