Section 49
(2)
Every nomination of a candidate for election—
(a)
shall be of a person qualified to be a candidate under this
Act;
(b)
shall be in writing signed by not less than three members;
(c)
shall name only one candidate and his consent shall be endorsed thereon.
(3)
The names of candidates for election nominated in accordance with subsection (1) shall be sent to or deposited at the office of the
Malaysian Bar in the month of October in each year.
