Section 29
(a)
both non-exclusive and non-assignable; and
(b)
subject to the payment of the remuneration specified by the High Court in the order made under subsection 28(3)
to the right holder.
(2)
An act done under a compulsory licence granted under section 28 in relation to a protected layout-design shall not be taken into account in calculating the duration of protection of the layout-design referred to in section 8.
