Section 16
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 28
the following section:
“Institution of prosecution
Quoted provision
Section 28
A prosecution for any offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall not be instituted except by or with the written consent of the Public Prosecutor.”.
