Section 2
Act 1990 [Act 446], which is referred to as the “principal Act”
in this Act, is amended in the long title—
(a)
in the English language text, by substituting for the word
“workers” the word “employees”; and
WORKERS’ MINIMUM STANDARDS OF HOUSING
AND AMENITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT 2019
(b)
by inserting after the words “their dependants,” the words
“accommodations for employees not accompanied by dependants and centralized accommodations,”.
