Section 39
(1)
The Commission shall, not later than the second meeting of Parliament of the following year, submit to and table in
Parliament an annual report of all its activities during the year to which the report relates.
(2)
The report shall contain a list of all matters referred to the
Commission and the action taken in respect of the matters.
