Officers and servants of the Commission

Section 20
(1)
There shall be appointed such number of officers and servants of the Commission as may be necessary from amongst members of the general public service of the Federation for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be specified in their instruments of appointment to assist the Commission in carrying into effect the provisions in this Act.
(2)
Every officer and servant of the Commission shall be subject to the direction, control and supervision of the Secretary.
