16. Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by substituting for subsection (2) the following subsection:

“(2)  The certificate of registration shall specify the principal premises where the skills training or other training provided by the skills training provider is being carried on.”; and

(b)

in subsection (5), by substituting for the words

“provide skills training” the words “provide skills training or other training”.
