Section 6D

When an authorized officer has reasonable cause to believe that an offence under this Act or any regulation made thereunder has been or is being committed in any premises or in connection with any business carried on in premises, he may at all reasonable times enter, search and examine such premises and may inspect, remove and detain any advertisement, book, equipment or other article which in the opinion of such officer may furnish evidence of the commission of an offence under this Act or any regulation made thereunder.
