Section 6F
(1)
No prosecution shall be instituted under this Act or any regulation made thereunder without the sanction in writing of the
Public Prosecutor.

(2)
Prosecutions in respect of offences under this Act or any regulation made thereunder may be conducted by any authorized officer.
