Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) 17
The Minister may make regulations for carrying out the purpose of this Act but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing words such regulations may—
(a)
for the purpose of section 4A and section 4B, establish the
Medicine Advertisements Board;
(b)
provide the manner of submitting advertisements for approval under section 4A and section 4B and impose fees for submission and approval of such advertisements;
(c)
provide the procedure to be followed by the Medicine
Advertisements Board; and
(d)
provide the manner of appeal against the decision of the
Medicine Advertisements Board and that such appeal shall lie to the Minister.
