Section 44

(1)

An owner of a heritage site may, with the approval and subject to such conditions as the Commissioner may impose, charge an entrance fee into the heritage site.

(2)

Where the Commissioner has contributed towards the expense of conservation and preservation of any heritage site, the

Commissioner may impose a levy on the entrance fee received by the owner of that heritage site and any levy paid by such owner shall be paid into the Fund.
