(a)
whether any object or article is treasure trove;
(b)
the person by whom, the place at which, and the circumstances under which, such treasure trove was discovered; and
(c)
as far as is possible, the person by whom, and the circumstances under which, such treasure trove was hidden.
(2)
The rights of a person mentioned in subsection (1) over the treasure trove if they are found to be so are forfeited upon failure of that person to appear.
