Section 17
(1)
No person shall practise an Allied Health Profession or carry out any activity prescribed under section 11 unless he is registered under this Act.
(2)
An application for registration shall be made to the Council in such manner as may be determined by the Council and such application shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3)
Where the Council approves the application under subsection (1), the Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration to the applicant and make an entry in the Register.
(4)
Where the Council refuses the application under subsection (1), the Registrar shall notify the applicant.
