Section 19
(1)
A registered practitioner whose name has been removed from the Register under paragraph 18(1)(b), (c) or (d), shall, within fourteen days of the date of receipt of the notification of the removal, surrender to the Council his certificate of registration.
(2)
Any registered practitioner who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, upon conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
