Power to make regulations
of Allied Health Professions Act 2016
The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations as may be necessary or expedient for giving full effect or the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), such regulations may prescribe—
(a)
the procedure for the keeping of the Register, the form and contents of the Register;
(b)
the amount of fees and charges in respect of any matter under this Act;
(c)
any matter relating to disciplinary proceedings and for the carrying out of the disciplinary authority of the Council, and any other matters incidental thereto; and

(d)
any other matter to be prescribed under this Act.
