Section 11
Section 12 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “a veterinary authority” the words “an enforcement officer”; and

(b)
by substituting for subsection (2) the following subsection:
“(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1)
or fails to comply with any direction given by an enforcement officer as to the manner of disposal of carcass commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit.”.
