Section 33
Section 52a of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by substituting for the words “twelve months”
wherever appearing the words “eighteen months”; and
(b)
by inserting after the words “an offence under this Act”
the words “or no prosecution for any offence under this Act has been instituted with regard to any property seized under such order”.
