Section 46

Paragraph 76(4)(b) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “certified official record of proceedings issued by that foreign court and duly authenticated by the official seal of a Minister of that foreign State” the words “an official record of proceedings sealed and certified by that foreign court”.
