Section 35

Section 55 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

by substituting for the words “subsection 4(1)

or a terrorism financing offence” the words

“subsection 4(1) or 4a(2), a terrorism financing offence or a restricted activity financing offence”;

and

(ii)

by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

“(ba) proliferator property;”; and

(b)

in subsection (3)—

(i)

in paragraph (a), by substituting for the words

“subsection 4(1) or a terrorism financing offence”

the words “subsection 4(1) or 4a(2), a terrorism financing offence or a restricted activity financing offence”; and

(ii)

by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

“(ba) proliferator property;”.
