Section 113
(1)

Without prejudice to section 110, the finding of a court-martial on each charge shall be announced in open court.

(2)

Any finding of guilty shall be, and shall be announced as being, subject to confirmation.

(3)

Any sentence of a court-martial, together with any recommendation to mercy, shall be announced in open court, and a sentence of a court-martial shall be, and shall be announced as being, subject to confirmation.
