Part V shall, to such extent and subject to such modifications as may be prescribed by regulations made by the Armed Forces Council with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, apply to persons embarked as passengers on board His Majesty’s ships or aircraft (not being persons who are subject to service law under this Act by virtue

of any of the foregoing provisions of this Act), as they apply to persons subject to service law under this Act.
