Attachment of officer or servicemen to forces in and outside Malaysia
(a)
any visiting force present in Malaysia pursuant to paragraph 17(1)(b) of the Visiting Forces Act 1960 [Act 432]; or
(b)
any foreign force of another country outside Malaysia.
(2)
An order made pursuant to paragraph (1)(b) shall subject the officer or serviceman, as the case may be, to service law under this Act to such extent, and subject to such adaptation and modification as may be provided by or under any written law relating to the attachment of members of such forces in that country.
