Section 13
(1)
The Minister may make regulations under paragraph 68(2)(c) for the classification of licences issued under this Act.
(2)
No person shall use any radioactive material, nuclear material, prescribed substance or irradiating apparatus for any purpose other than that specified in the licence issued to him in respect of that radioactive material, nuclear material, prescribed substance or irradiating apparatus.
