Extension of jurisdiction under this Part to related companies of the Bank

Section 55

Any reference in this Part to the Bank shall be read as including a reference to—

(a)

any related corporation of the Bank; and

(b)

a person controlled by a director or directors of the Bank, or by persons acting in concert with a director or directors of the Bank.
