Power of Minister to direct examination to be made
The Minister may at any time direct any person to make an examination of the books or other documents, accounts and transactions of the Bank and its offices within and outside Malaysia if he suspects that the Bank is carrying on its business in a manner which is, or which is likely to be, detrimental to the interests of its depositors or creditors, or has insufficient assets to cover its liabilities to the public, or is contravening any provision of this
Act or any other written law.
