(a)
a Judge of the High Court who shall be the President of the Council;
(b)
one representative of the Government of Malaysia;
(c)
one representative of the newspapers in Malaysia;
(d)
the Vice-Chancellor of any one of the Universities in
Malaysia; and
(e)
one other person.

(2)
The member referred to in paragraph (1)(a) shall be appointed in consultation with the Chief Justice.
(3)
Part II of the Schedule shall apply to the members of the
Supervisory Council.
