Section 13

(1)

The Board shall appoint a General Manager, a Secretary to the Board and such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out its functions under this Act.

(2)

The General Manager, the Secretary to the Board and other officers and servants of the Board shall be engaged on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Board.
