Section 20
The Authority⎯
⎯(1)
The Authority may from time to time, subject to the approval of the Chief Minister, appoint and employ at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine, such number of executive officers and such other officer and servants as may be necessary, in the opinion of the Authority, for the purposes of this Ordinance.
(2)
The Authority may employ and pay agents and technical advisers including advocates and solicitors, bankers, stockbrokers, surveyors or valuers or other persons, to transact any business or to do any act required to be transacted or done in the execution of its duties or for the better carrying into effect of the purposes of this Ordinance.
