of Bintulu Development Authority Ordinance, 1978 ( Ord. No. 1/78 )
Section 21
⎯(1) The Authority may, with the approval of the Chief
Minister, make standing orders for the following matters:
(a)
the terms and conditions of service of its officers and servants;
(b)
the pensions or other superannuation benefits of its officers and servants;
(c)
the conduct and management of its activities.
(2)
Unless otherwise provided, a reference in this Ordinance to an officer of the Authority shall include reference to the General
Manager, the Deputy General Manager and any executive officer.
