Section 36
All things done by any person or authority on behalf of the
Authority in the preparation of and towards the proper implementation of this Ordinance and any expenditure incurred in relation to it, in anticipation of the promulgation of this Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been authorized by this Ordinance; and all rights and obligations acquired or imposed on behalf of the Authority from anything so done or any expenditure so incurred shall upon the coming into force of this
Ordinance be deemed to be the rights and obligations of the Authority.
Transfer to the Authority of assets and liabilities of the former
