Section 37
Bintulu District Council
Upon the declaration by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri under section 8 of any area to be a designated area, all lands, buildings, projects, works and other property, movable or immovable vested in the former Bintulu District Council within that area shall be deemed to have been transferred to and vested in the Authority without further assurance.
