Section 62

Any person guilty of an offence under this Ordinance or any regulations made hereunder for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable on conviction to a fine of not less than ten thousand ringgit and not exceeding thirty thousand ringgit and, in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine of one thousand ringgit for every day that the offence is continued after conviction.
