Section 63

The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may by Order*—

(a)

amend the Schedules;

(b)

exempt in Second Schedule any building or class of building or building works or any area of any local authority from any or all of the provisions of this Ordinance or any regulations made hereunder; or

*(c) modify, in their application to any local authority area or part thereof, any of the provisions of this Ordinance or any regulations made hereunder.
