Statement of assets and liabilities

Section 12
(1)
The Bank shall, immediately after the fifteenth day and after the last day of each month, prepare and publish a statement of its assets and liabilities as at the close of business on such days respectively or, if either of those days is a holiday, then at the close of business on the last business day preceding those days.
(2)
A copy of the statement made under subsection (1) shall be submitted to the Minister.
